Mutsvangwa has a degree in Marketing from City University in New York in the United States of America USA and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College in USA.
She will be deputised by controversial businessman and Zanu-PF MP for Goromonzi, Energy Mutodi.
There are only 20 ministers from 33.
Addressing the media, President Mnangagwa said the new Cabinet will be result-oriented and all ministries will be mandated to release performance results every 100 days.
"We want to grow, modernise and mechanise the economy. We believe in the next five years we will be able to transform our people into middle income citizens.
"We will continue with our 100 days where Ministries will be expected to publish their 100 day results. These appointments will be results oriented. We decided to run with a 20 member Cabinet which we believe will go in line with our current challenges," said Mnangagwa.

Key ministries are as follows:
Jorum Gumbo was appointed minister of Energy coming from Transport Infrastructural development.
Former Chitungwiza Hospital chief executive, Obadiah Moyo, has been appointed minister of Health and Child Welfare, taking over from long-serving David Parerinyatwa.
Sibusiso Moyo retained the ministry of Foreign Affairs and International.
Obert Mpofu has been replaced with Cain Mathema in the ministry of Home Affairs while Ziyambi Ziyambi retained the ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs.
Priscilla Mupfumira, continued in the ministry of Tourism and Hospitality but has an added portfolio Environment, also Perrance Shiri kept the ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Water, Culture and Rural Settlement.
Joel Biggie Matiza, has been appointed minister of Transport, whilst Kazembe Kazembe has been appointed minister of Information Communication Technology and Courier Services.
Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services has been given to Monica Mutsvangwa.
The President also appointed 13 deputy ministers, which include Energy Mutodi on Information, Publicity and Broadcasting services and Raj Modi on Industry and Commerce and nine provincial affairs ministers.
