ZOL first sent messages to their valued customers announcing an emergency maintenance from 10 pm on 15 March up to 6am on March 16 2020. However, ZOL yesterday afternoon sent messages to inform their customers that the maintenance is still underway until today at 6am.
Until now the services have not been restored.
Efforts to reach ZOL's customer services proved fruitless as the phone rang unanswered. However, their first greeting message showed that the maintenance is still underway.
"Thank you for calling ZOL, if you are calling because you are currently experiencing challenges with our fibre connection please note that there is a … and our team is working to resolve it as soon as possible." ZOL said in a broken line that i could hardly hear what they were saying.
