The official twitter handle for the minister is @JenfanMuswere and he has already started posting on various programs he is currently undertaking as the minister.
Although the minister has always had a presence of the microblogging site, the personal account has been dormant and has fired up with a new business account.
Speaking to TechnoMag, the minister said that the platform shall be effectively used not only to post updates but more importantly to converse with Zimbabweans on various pertinent issues that drive the ICT sector forward to drive the government vision.
His first tweet read:
Hello World!!

Let's Converse @Potraz_zw @NetOneCellular @econetzimbabwe @Telecel_Zim @TelOneZW @PowerTelZW @ZOLconnect @liquidtelecom @EcoCashZW @OneMoneyZw @TelecashZim
The move by the young ICT minister has been welcomed by most ICT pundits seeing him clock over 300 followers in his first days of joining the microblogging social site.
Many people who cant reach out physically to the minister have also welcomed the move as opening up a much easier avenue for accessibility and open engagement.
