ZB Bank has introduced the Cheka mobile point of sale (mPOS)  which allows business owners to get payments from  ZimSwitch enabled bank or ATM cards.  The product comes in to offer an alternative for the Merchant Code based peer to business transactions.

The mPOS system is like a smartphone/ tablet or another wireless device that acts as a cash register for business.

The Cheka mPOS is available on rental basis for $75 per month. The mPOS became popular in 2018 when Steward Bank introduced Kwenga, while NMB had kaGwenya and CBZ introduced the KlevaPos.

With the current cash crisis, the development from ZB allows businesses with the Cheka mPOS to measure company performance, eyeing metrics such as inventory and which products are among the highest-selling offerings.

The mobile system can be operated from any wireless network connection. This gives your sales teams the option of cutting down those lines. It also helps customers while they're browsing, quite convenient.

The mPOS system is a great way to keep your business advancing with the current fast-paced age of technology. By implementing this system you are giving your customers a better experience while allowing your business to continue to grow.
