"In this environment we are operating in, costs do matter. So the solutions that we offer seek to maximise and optimise operational efficiency," said Axis Solutions director Amiel Matindike.
Axis Solutions is a subsidiary of Axis Solutions Africa, and operates in partnership with Indian firm ManageEngine. The companies yesterday held a seminar in Harare aimed at providing IT management solutions to local business. Matindike said the primary existence of a company is to make profit and delight customers at the least cost.
"However, in this day and age security is an issue, but there is need to ensure the organisations are secured from any threat," he said.
Axis Solutions managing director Brian Mukudzavhu said information technology has become a critical component in all facets of life and requires processes to become automated as a way of improving efficiency and effectiveness.
"We believe that stakeholders in the telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, mining, banking, insurance, education and government as whole will benefit immensely from the seminar," he said.
The advent of technology as a key enabler for development and growth of societies has provided corporates and individuals with solutions for everyday challenges.
