Steward Bank has advised its customers of a planned quarterly planned system maintenance due to take place on Sunday 9th of December 2018. This will affect the ability our customers to perform certain banking activities and transactions on that day, starting from 0000hrs to 0600hours, on Sunday morning.
The bank states that Mobile Banking, EcoCash Banking services, Agent Banking Services, POS Machines and Online Banking will temporarily be unavailable to customers during the period.

We wish to advise our valued customers and the general public that we will be carrying out a quarterly planned system maintenance on Sunday 9th of December 2018 from 0000hrs to 0600hours.
As a result of this system maintenance, the following service and delivery channels will temporarily be unavailable during the period:
• Mobile Banking
• EcoCash Banking services
• Agent Banking Services
• POS Machines
• Online Banking
We encourage customers to make alternative arrangements prior to the said period for their convenience. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused during this period.
