Summary of Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Design and prepare for various marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines
• Champion and develop the Group's brand.
• Provide design solutions.
• Provide creative solutions within agreed timelines.
• Manage promotional design and printing costs within agreed budget parameters.
• Assist with the design of internal communication collateral
• Ensure production of accurate and high quality work on designs and layouts that are sent for printing and publication.

• Liaise effectively with individuals in the Group.
• Ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
• Develop digital advertising and electronic direct mail
• Liaise with product owners and other staff members to deliver design solutions that meet their needs.
• Liaise with external contractors for the delivery of promotional items within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Provide professional design consultancy and advice on projects.
• Develop creative design solutions to support sales targets for products and services.
• Develop and create new applications, ideas and concepts
• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material covering exact specifications
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts
• Design special congratulatory and other messages for both individual and corporate clients.
• Type set internal publications, notices and posters as requested by management.
• Research on new software and design concepts
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies.
• Make appropriate recommendations on ways to resolve problems.
Qualifications and Experience
• 6 '0' Level passes including English Language and Mathematics, all obtained within no more than two sittings, preferably passed with a symbol 'B' or better and at least 2 'A' level passes.
• A Marketing Diploma or a professional qualification i.e. CIM/ 1MM, or Graphic Designing.
• A relevant and recognized Degree in Graphic Designing or Art & Design an added advantage.
• At least 2 years' experience in designing, banking or marketing within a customer service environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
• Sound IT skills especially with design, video editing software, photo-editing software, including graphic design tools such as computer- aided design (CAD), etc.
•Creative; innovative and flexible.
• Good Copywriting skills
•Good time management and organisation skills.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and produce accurate work.
• Digital and social media savvy.
•Articulate, with excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, and able to easily establish rapport with clients.
• Good listening skills and impressive telephone etiquette.
•Ability to work under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Deadline driven.
