Steward bank announces planned maintenance for 17 - 20th of April 2019

Steward Bank has advised its customers of planned system maintenance due to take place from 17 until 20th of April 2019.

The system rejig comes in as a result of the Monetary Policy Statement on the redenomination of currencies.

This will affect the ability of customers to perform certain banking activities and transactions on that day, starting from 0000hrs to 0600hours, on Sunday morning.

The bank states that all platforms will temporarily be unavailable to customers on 17th April 2019, from 2200 hours until 18th April 2019, 0800 hours. Customers will also experience intermittent Service on 18th April 2019 from 0800 hours until 20th April 2019, 0600 hours.

We wish to advise our valued customers and the general public that following the Monetary Policy Statement on the redenomination of currencies, the Bank will be carrying out a Planned System Upgrade. As a result of this system maintenance, service on Banking platforms will be affected as follows:  

17th April 2019, from 2200 hours - 18th April 2019, 0800 hours: No Service on all Platforms

18th April 2019 from 0800 hours - 20th April 2019, 0600 hours: Intermittent Service

Customers are encouraged to make alternative arrangements prior to the said period for their convenience.  We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused during this period.
