The position exists to ensure excellent customer experience through effective execution of retail services
Key Performance Areas
Market Powertel products and services Monitor and report on performance of products and services Ensures customer satisfaction through timeous attendance to customer queries and request Develops and updates client database Responsible for cashiering and receipting Any other tasks that maybe assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
Qualifications and Experience
• A Diploma in Marketing/Information Technology/ Sales/Business Studies/Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in a telecommunications environment a distinct advantage

• Superior customer service skills
• Numerical skills
