The position reports directly to the Information Systems Manager. The main function of the position is to analyze system performance and ensure critical systems are working perfectly as well as carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance.

Key Performance Areas

• Provides technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance the Company's information systems

• Investigates and resolves application functionality related issues and provides second level support and troubleshooting of systems

• Troubleshoots technical issues and caries ow modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements

• Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology e.g. Systems Application Products (SAP)

• Provides SQL administration in live and test environments

• Produces technical documentation for new and existing applications

• Participates in IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new if software development projects

• Troubleshoots Biting Systems

• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Information Systems Manager

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal person should have the following minimum qualifications, experience and attributes:

• Degree in Information Systems/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/Electronic Engineering / Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.

• At least Four (4) years Post Graduate experience

• Membership of a recognized professional institution e.g. Computer Society of Zimbabwe (CSZ) or the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (Z.I.E)

• Knowledge of SAP

• Knowledge of Billing Systems

• Programming experience

Other Personal Attributes

• Ability to work long hours inducing weekends and public holidays

• Good Communication skills Sound planning and organising skills



This is a position which exists to provide legal and quasi-legal services to the Company and reports to the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor.

Key Performance Areas

• Interprets legislation and other legal instruments pertaining to the Company business.

• Attends to litigation on behalf of the Company

• Provides debt collection services

• Prepares legal risk registers and ensures legal and regulatory compliance

• Prepares, reviews and negotiates contracts on behalf of the Company

• Ensures that the contract database is constantly updated and managed

• Provides legal advice to departments on legal matters as and when requested

• Represents the organisation in adjudication of tenders

• Takes minutes in Board and Committee meetings

• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree (LLBS)

• Registered as a Legal Practitioner

• Membership of Law Society of Zimbabwe

• At least two years post graduate experience

• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision

• Ability to maintain confidentiality High analytical skills

• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing)



The position reports to the Network Operations Specialist. The Engineer- NOC job exists to ensure effective management of systems in order to achieve cost-effective aid optimal network services.

Key Performance Areas

• Maintains and monitors the Company's backbone transmission network

• Ensures optimum availability of the backbone and metro networks

• Liaises with engineers from other networks and regions to resolve faults and guarantee high quality of service.

• Configures and controls the routing and switching of data from various autonomous networks and customers

• Ensures network security

• Collects and analyzes network statistics for proactive and strategic decision-making

• Ensures metro networks maintenance and routine back- ups of hardware CS and running configurations.

• Carries out diagnosis and resolution of network faults

• Installs and upgrades 105 on network devices

• Installs network devices

• Plans and designs network and customer connectivity solutions

• Any other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunications Engineering/ Computer Science or recognized equivalent Technical Degree.

• 2 years relevant post graduate experience

• Membership of a recognized professional institution e.g. Z.I.E

• Experience of working with SDH, LTE and Radio Systems will be on added advantage

• Cisco Certification/Networking Certification

The position reports to the Credit Controller. The main function of the position is to follow up on outstanding debtors.

Key Performance Areas

• Maintains and updates client database

• Reviews debtors ageing analysis

• Sorts customer data and generates debtors reports

• Follows up on overdue debtors

• Attends to customer queries

• Liaises with legal on issuance of final notices to debtors

• Liaises with the financial credit bureau

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Accounting/Credit Management/Finance /Part B CIS or equivalent

• At least Two years' experience

• Knowledge of SAP

Other Personal Attributes

• Ability to work long hours including weekends and public holidays

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Good Communication skills

• Good Organisational skills
